Take note of color and texture. Color is a very important factor to consider when labeling your bottle. To stick with the vintage theme, rustic colors such as brown, black, and red are often used. Make sure also that the combination of colors you use does not distract from the main point of the label which is the name. Also consider some metallic textures for your bottle.Experiment with typography. The font you use for your label is also an important factor to consider. Classic fonts such as sans serif and its variations are often a good choice. Make sure the font give off a relaxing, vintage feel.Incorporate photography and art. When labeling, being minimalist has its benefits, but you can also put pictures and artworks into your labels. There are vintage bottle label templates that incorporate them seamlessly.

Don’t know how, but I just came across your blog and I am having a ball looking around at all the wonderful images you have posted. You really inspire me, because I too am a country gal and from one country woman to another, you have great ideas and taste!! I want to thank you for all the “free bees”. You are very kind and generous. I have no doubt some of the things I see are going to end up in my home!
If you don’t have a print at home option just save the JPEG files to your computer and upload them onto a site like walgreens.com to print them online. They are specifically formatted to fit into an 8×10 inch frame. If you want to and know you you are certainly welcome to change the size although printing quality my be reduced at sizes larger than 8×10
Sarah loves doing whatever she can to help busy moms by providing them with the organizational tools they need. Often customers’ needs are slightly different from her product so she offers customization. This is hard to balance with the overall business because custom work in any business can be very time consuming. Sarah counters this struggle with requiring a minimum amount for custom products so that each order is worth the time she puts in.
I sell physical prints mostly out of the fear of someone reselling. Like you said, they could still do that with a physical copy by scanning but at least that’s a little more of a hassle. I’d also hate to see my art printed on shitty paper or the colors are completely off because the buyer (or print service they use) doesn’t put in the effort to get the colors just right.

1) The easiest way to use this printout  is to print it out on a full sheet of white sticker paper and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter you can cut out the to-do lists or planner stickers using their designer software. ( **Please note:  You must have the Silhouette Designer Edition software upgrade to open pdfs in your Silhouette. I also have redesigned the template so that the margins are within the “registration” area of your silhouette.

And so, in June 2015, I released my Life Binder product to the world - meaning I listed it on Etsy and told my email list about it. Then...my phone started "cha-chinging" more than it ever had before! By the end of the month, I had reached $1000 in sales! That blew my mind. I had made more in one month with one product than I had in the last 18 months!

Silhouette knocked it out of the park with this sophisticated feature.  This tool  enables you to warp your text in the preselected shapes shown or as the picture shows– it places a grid and small handles on the text.  With the object selected you can basically “warp” or manipulate the text as you wish.  This feature is great for SVG designers.  This feature is standard in the Adobe Software Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator)  so this feature gets a 5 star rating from me.

There’s 25 Greeting Cards in a pack – and you can print something different on every one. Go ahead and test out different messages, showcase more designs or photos, or simply personalise every card. We call this Printfinity, and it’s unique to MOO. And remember, because you can print in full colour on both sides of your Greeting Cards, you can put your stamp on almost every detail.
If your customer would be benefitted by having the high-res or high color print professionally printed, suggest it. Even if it’s at your local Staples® make the suggestion to save them time and aggravation. If your products are business forms, to-do lists, etc., a home printer will do, so let them know. Have your cover sheet also include any specific instructions about your product, and a thank you.
If you’re a fan of beautiful printable vintage images (like we are!) — rejoice! Earlier this month, the New York Public Library announced that they are making public domain thousands of high-resolution vintage image from their collection, those that have no known US copyright. Public domain means the images are free to share and use as you please — so these are available for you to print and frame as part of a gallery wall or any kind of wall art or decor that you can dream up! I love modern technology!
3. Advanced – increasing what you offer. I have videos for each of my products, a pattern maker could include a video walkthrough too! A party supplies maker could include an “in the mail” copy so they can see what it is supposed to look like. Adding more to the digital download will increase the happiness of the person who buys your products which is super important.

50) Vintage Bathtub Printable. This fantastic vintage bathtub printable is from an 1897 catalog filled with plumbing supplies and fixtures. The black and white bathtub has claw feet and stylish stripes on it. There is a huge shower head and some lovely ceramic tile on the wall. Such a classic looking image, perfect to print and hang on a bathroom wall.
November came along (5 months after I had launched the Life Binder) and I was packing my bags for Europe. The "cha-ching" sound from the Etsy app on my phone was a part of my daily life now...and life was good. As a single lady with not a lot of expenses, making even $1000 a month in passive income was a game changer. I was able to make better decisions in my business because I was not longer stressed out by money. In fact, I was working less and less, but making more and more.

Another surprising video result:  Beth Anne found a tutorial video she created for her and Sarah's now-defunct Mommy blog on making cappuccinos at home with a frother.  That video has almost 5,000 views on it! Again, this video wasn't promoted in any way, it just sits on their Mommy blog which gets about 10-20 hits per day... so it's essentially dead.  The video is getting viewed because it's ranking for keyword phrases on Google and YouTube.
Like we said, getting a greeting through the mail is becoming more and more of a special occurrence seeing as cell phones and e-mail make it faster than ever to reach loved ones. Just because it may take them a little while longer to receive your greeting doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t send one! We can even mail the cards for you! That’s right - signed, sealed and delivered!
